A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment, payable via credit or debit card. The remaining balance is due upon the maid's arrival and can be paid in cash. For clients with established contracts, company checks may be accepted.

Only the client and one approved guest (18 years or older) are allowed on-site during the service. Minors are strictly prohibited from being present. If a minor or unapproved guest needs to enter the premises, the maid will change into appropriate attire.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee. Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period; after this, the maid may leave, and the cancellation fee will apply.

Clients should maintain a respectful and appropriate demeanor. Physical contact and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Excessive alcohol consumption is discouraged, and offering alcohol to the maid is not allowed.
